View Full Version : Full time support person on the way!

Hey guys,

Because of the volume of support and install requests that we're receiving, we're in the process of hiring a full time support person. This will be our fourth employee and will be adding on to Aedin's part time support that she's been doing.

To continue adding new features and updates as we have in the past, taking care of both that and answering every single post within 24 hours is simply impossible, but with this new support person it will not only make our support timely, but it will allow myself and Rhutton more time to work on updates, which is what everyone really wants :)

Please i would really want this guy to be on board as soon as possible to enable things to move on as planned

If its not two much trouble, you might want to add more that one support all the time person. Because from what I been reading, ONE just will not work. You guys get hit up late night and on the weekends...I know.. i be on alot on those times.

One full time person will be fine. All of us will continue to respond to the threads as well. The new guy will just do it full-time.

In this situation there is no point in hiring someone for support if they cannot code so they will not be able to support clients.
