The forums have been revamped a bit and refitted according to how the forums were actually being used.
1. The user-user support area was removed to prevent confusion. Many of our customers were mistakenly posting their support requests in the user-user support area, both creating a security risk and delaying a proper response to them.
2. The suggestions area has been integrated into our Confidential Tickets Sytem (http://www.konsort.org/support/forumdisplay.php?f=1). This way, we can more efficiently respond to your suggestions.
3. An FAQ forum has been added. From time to time, we'll add new answers to questions that we see often in our support tickets.
