If you're having problems submitting a highscore, please follow these steps:
A. Is the game itself highscore compatible?
Not all games are highscore compatible. We add support for *game types*, not individual games. If an individual game doesn't work, you have to contact the game developer.
For instance, let's say we have a mochimedia game that won't submit a highscore. Other MochiMedia games *do* work, but this one does not. In this case, there's nothing we can do about it because the problem is with the game and we don't have access to the game's source files. Only the game author does, and its their responsibility to make sure the game works.
B. Is the game IbPro / V32?
If it is, make sure you completed ALL of the install directions in the docs/IbPro_V32_readme.html file that came with the arcade.
Specifically, if you are using short urls, you MUST make the changes that the directions specify for the .htaccess file.
99% of people with IbPro / V32 games issues did not complete all steps in the IbPro_V32_readme.html
Are you getting a 'token error'? 99% of the time, it means you are running Phpfox's "SEO/Short Urls" and did not complete the .htaccess step in the IbPro_V32_readme.html
C. Is the game MochiMedia?
If it is, make sure you completed ALL of the install directions in the docs/MochiMedia_readme.html file that came with the arcade.
Specifically, you must have a correct AUTOPOST url. The directions for this are in the MochiMedia_readme.html
99% of people with MochiMedia highscores issues posted the wrong AUTOPOST url in their MochiMedia publisher settings, or did not complete the step to begin with.
D. Is the game Kongregate or Come2Play?
Kongregate and Come2Play games are not highscore compatible. If and when these game developers add support for highscores, we will obviously add support for it in our arcade as a free update.

Before submitting a support ticket:
A. Understand that there are multiple game types. We're going to need to know some details for us to be able to help you, becuase "highscores aren't working" tells us exactly nothing.
B. And lots of individual games. Just because one game doesn't work doesn't mean there's a problem with the arcade, it may be a bug in the game. We need more info than just "a game doesn't work", that tells us exactly nothing.
When submitting a support ticket...
... answer the following questions:
1. Please provide a link to the specific game in question where it is installed on your site. Also, please provide login details so we can log in and try to submit a score for this game.
2. What game type is giving you trouble? (mochi, v32/ibro, kongregate, come2play)
3. Are all games of this type not working or is it just this one game? Please provide links to a few games that do work, and a few games that don't.
4. What exactly is the problem with the game? (won't load, highscores dont work)
Game type specific questions:
1. If your problem game is MochiMedia, please post a link to your phpfox site AND a screenshot of what your MochiMedia publisher settings look like (from mochimedia.com)
2. If your problem game is a v32/ibpro game, please post your server's "file request" error logs (this can be requested from your host). What we need to do is find out if your game is requesting files from your server that either do not exist or are misplaced.
